Ginter!



Topps has released a preview of 2011 Allen and Ginter. Beckett has it here.

At first glance I am torn. It is very 2009 Upper Deck to me. I am sure I will end up collecting it, if not for the regular set than for the minis and weirdness that comes out of every box.

But man, I don't know. Oh well. In a few months I will be able to see them in person and decide.

    Agreed on the look, a lot busier than normal. Won't stop me from collecting the minis though!

    You're right, it does have that 2009 UD vibe going on. I still like the base design and I too will probably end up buying handful of packs...assuming the budget allows (the release is right around the birth of my 2nd daughter)

    When do they stop calling it Allen & Ginter because it bears no relationship to the original set? I don't mind this design or anything, just curious how long they can pretend that's what this is. -Andy
